This place is quiet and nice. Nothing much to do here except just spend some good evening time on the beach. No activities here. After driving 3 hrs on the winding roads to Hana, found this place relaxing to stop over.
Awesome place, local vibes and great food. If you are there on the right day you can get to here some live music in the gazebo and if you play they'll let you sit in ;) I also made friends with a very nice cat and found a meaty coconut near by that was really good. Adventure around, it's a fun area. Also don't forget to get some great food a Hulihuli chicket...made fresh daily!!
Favorite beach on Maui simply because it takes work to get here. Check out the culturally significant mound out in the ocean that Oprah owns or have some delicious Huli Huli Chicken and ribs. The ocean here varies between calm and relaxing to rough to not even existing in the winter. But if you're on the Hana Hwy it's a must see. Especially for the dinosaur birds gliding overhead.
Cool little beach off the beaten path not a lot of tourists know about it but it has the best Huli Huli chicken stand on the island.
Nice large beach, not the best for swimming and no snorkleing. Great views make it worth the stop
